At Not To Be Missed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we are here to help!

Return timeframe:

You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

How to return:
1. Fill out our Returns form

2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return request is processed.
Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item.


If the return is due to a defective item or a mistake on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost. For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund.
